Lynn, a Lincoln, NE native, has built a distinguished career in sales, real estate, and community service. He attended Saratoga Grade School, Irving and Pound Junior High, and Southeast High School before studying at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

His professional journey began in the automotive industry, gaining extensive experience in sales before becoming a District Sales Manager for Mazda of America, relocating to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. After several years in the industry, he returned to Lincoln in 1990.

In 1992, Lynn co-founded The Car Connection, Inc., expanding into real estate investment and property management. Over the years, he has successfully managed rental properties for both personal investment and other property owners, helping investors navigate leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance.

Lynn has held key leadership roles in the real estate industry, serving as President of the Real Estate Owners and Managers Association of Lincoln (REOMA) and the Statewide Property Owners Association of Nebraska (SPOA), as well as Vice President of the Realtors Association of Lincoln and Board Member of the Nebraska Realtors Association.

Beyond his professional work, Lynn is a dedicated community advocate and educator. He has been a RentWise Landlord Panelist and Educator, providing guidance to landlords, and was a founding board member and past president of the College View Neighborhood Association, working to improve local communities.

With his extensive experience in sales, real estate investment, and property management, Lynn is a trusted leader in the industry, committed to helping investors, property owners, and local residents thrive.
